Launching our new On-Demand Assistance service


Prodera Group is excited to announce the launch of our new short-term IT consulting and issue resolution service, proResolve On-Demand Assistance. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to balance the demands of a busy and dynamic business with the resources that you have available. We often see IT departments in particular struggle to react to the ever-changing demands of its users and customers, putting excess pressure on teams that might already be overstretched. So, we’ve decided to try and help address this common challenge by offering a new type of service that provides immediate professional assistance on a simple and flexible basis with no long-term commitments that covers a wide range of technical needs and demands.

Okay, we aren’t quite superheroes … but we do operate a network of highly skilled and versatile Architects, Consultants and Engineers with cross-industry experience and high levels of technical expertise. Our proResolve Consultants are able to quickly engage with our customers to understand the problem or requirement and get to work straight away. Our Consultants will always work in collaboration and partnership with your own team, providing expertise and guidance when its needed.

From system performance issues, configuration challenges to new technology deployments and rollouts or just to validate a solution design, implementation plan or process change. If you need help with completing a major project milestone or just need some technical expertise to help design a new solution, implement a technical change or resolve an ongoing issue – our team is ready and waiting to accommodate your specific short-term needs.

How does it work?

Our proResolve On-Demand Assistance service is intended for short-term assignments that require less than 40 hours of consulting time (roughly 5 days). We can provide assistance either on-site at your location or remotely via secure means depending on your preference. We aim to start handling your request within 48 hours of receiving it and you do not need to be an existing customer – if you have an immediate need for assistance, it’s as simple as letting us know and we will do our very best to help.

Once a new request is raised (find out more), a member of our proResolve On-Demand Team will contact you within a few hours to discuss your requirement in detail, agree the next steps and allocate appropriate technical resources to start assisting you. Once briefed, your dedicated proResolve Consultant(s) will engage with you directly and start working on your request as quickly as possible and remain fully committed until your specific requirement has been successfully fulfilled, objectives meet or problem resolved. Our team will be there to support you through every step of the way!

So, our aim is simple – to provide fast and effective access to leading technical expertise to solve your immediate IT challenges quickly and without compromise, so you and your team can get back to focusing on the important things.
