How does it work?

We aim to make our process as simple as possible so that you can get the assistance you need quickly. You do not need to be an existing customer or have a Service Agreement in place with us - if you have an immediate need for assistance, it's as simple as letting us know and we will do our very best to help.


Our simple five step on-demand assistance process is defined as:

  • Step 1 (Request): Submit a new Assistance Request online to initiate our on-demand assistance process - please provide as much information on your requirement, problem or issue as possible along with any special instructions. You will receive confirmation of your request shortly after submission.
  • Step 2 (Discovery): A member of our proResolve On-Demand Team will review your request and contact you within a few hours to discuss your requirement in more detail, agree the next steps and allocate appropriate technical resources to start assisting you.
  • Step 3 (Dispatch): Once briefed, your dedicated proResolve Consultant(s) will be available remotely via secure means or dispatched to your location to start providing assistance and handling your request as quickly as possible (depending on your preference).
  • Step 4 (Fulfilment): Your dedicated proResolve Consultant(s) will collaborate directly with your team(s) and will remain engaged until your specific requirement has been successfully fulfilled, objectives meet and/or problem resolved.
  • Step 4 (Completion): Once your request fulfilled and completed, a detailed report will be produced by the lead proResolve Consultant that provides a full account of any work undertaken throughout the duration of the engagement and capture any recommendations made.
