How does it work?

This accelerator focuses on the core components of the Microsoft 365 for Business suite and aims to deliver a fully-functioning collaboration and productivity environment for your end-users. Deployment, configuration and adoption of the following Microsoft 365 services are included in this accelerator:

• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Exchange Online
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft OneDrive

This accelerator includes deployment of Microsoft 365 Apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive and Teams) for all migrated end-users and their primary device using full automated techniques.

What happens during the transition and migration process?

Our migration specialists will only migrate approved users during predetermined migration windows. Using a collection of our in-house automation and management tools designed to streamline the transition and migration process; we provide realtime insights to give our clients peace of mind and visibility throughout the process.

Do you provide support during the transition and migration process?

We proactively support your users during transition and are always on hand to provide technical assistance throughout the process. Even once the process has been completed, we continue to provide technical support for 30 days after to give extra peace of mind.

Can this accelerator be run alongside our existing services?

It is possible for the migration process to be run as a 'hybrid' configuration alongside your existing messaging and collaboration estate. Our team's expertise ensures the adoption process is seamless with very little disruption to your users throughout transition.
