How does it work?

This accelerator includes deployment and configuration of Office 365 productivity suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive and Teams) for all migrated end-users and their devices using full automated techniques.

What happens during the transition and migration process?

Our migration specialists will only migrate approved users during predetermined migration windows. Using a collection of our in-house automation and management tools designed to streamline the transition and migration process; we provide realtime insights to give our clients peace of mind and visibility throughout the process.

Do you provide support during the transition and migration process?

We proactively support your business users during transition and are always on hand to provide technical assistance throughout the process. Even once the process has been completed, we continue to provide technical support for 30 days after to give extra peace of mind and continuity.
